Who you are contracting with

This service is operated under the name NT2exam, at nt2exam.com, by Jordi Bravo, 8, Rue de Stavelot, L-2553 Luxembourg. Questions, complaints and formal notices go to support@nt2exam.com or to that postal address, and we answer within two working days.

No guarantee of a result

This service prepares you. It does not certify you and it does not guarantee that you pass anything.

Independence

An independent practice service. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any examining body or government agency. It does not reproduce official examination material and it certifies nothing.

Access duration

Full access lasts 12 months from the purchase date. The included number of marked writing and speaking submissions is shown on the pricing page and does not reset during that period. You can renew with another purchase when access ends.

The price is the whole price

The figure on the pricing page is what leaves your account. Nothing is added at checkout, no VAT is added on top, and there is no recurring charge of any kind. A top-up is a separate purchase you choose to make, at the price shown beside it.

Payment and access

Pay by card, then return here. Your access opens after confirmation and lasts 12 months from purchase. We send a sign-in link to your email. Top-ups add markings without extending access.

Your right to cancel, and how you give it up

This is digital content and it opens the moment your payment is confirmed, so European consumer law gives you two things. You have fourteen days to cancel a purchase, and you are allowed to trade that period away in exchange for getting access straight away. Before you pay you tick a box asking us to start at once and confirming that you understand the fourteen days end when we do. That is your decision, it is recorded with your payment, and once access is open those fourteen statutory days are gone. If your access has not opened yet the statutory right is still yours, and one clear message to support@nt2exam.com within fourteen days of paying is enough to cancel. There is no form to fill in.

If the service is not what it says it is

None of the above removes a right the law gives you. If the service is faulty, if it does not do what this site says it does, or if it stops working, European consumer law gives you a claim against us, and no sentence on this page overrides it. Write to us and say what is wrong.

Timed sittings

A mock sitting is timed by our server rather than by your browser: closing the tab, losing your connection or continuing on another device does not give you time back. The listening audio plays once and cannot be paused, exactly as the examination is documented to behave.

Complaints, and the law that applies

Write to support@nt2exam.com and we answer within two working days. If that does not settle it, you can take the matter to the consumer authority or the court where you live. The law of Luxembourg applies to this contract, and it does not take away the mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
